Up these stairs in the hall way, leads to a guest bedroom a huge space that could be split into two or more smaller places. It measures some six metres by eight metres and has exposed beams seen in the ceiling. South and west facing windows allow sunlight enter all day making this space ideal for reading or painting or what ever takes your fancy.

The guest bedroom is a light airy space, it has been left unfurnished in order for you to use it as you will. Currently the computer and internet connection is up here, so it's used more as an office. A satelite system is set up here to pick up popular TV channels outside of the usual Portuguese testeral programs.

The Services enjoyed here include everything to could ever want..Running cold water - electricity - Internet and phone line - low cost solid fuel heating system - gas cooking and (on demand) hot water. Waste is serviced by a large septic tank and there is roof guttering all around for rainwater collection.

Lots of underground water flows deep below & down the hillside, this feeds the wide variety of plant types to flouish. Different flora habitats have been created here. Around the entire property has been block paved to allow a clean dry pathway off the grass and garden plants.
